With a height of 11.4 meters, it is second tallest bronze Buddha statue in Japan, surpassed only by the statue in Nara's Todaiji Temple. With a very reasonable fee of ¥200 to access the statue it is a great photo opportunity for you & a great way of learning about Japanese culture.
