Fees incurred for tolls, parking, and mileage charges for the distance from our garage to outside of Tokyo. For any additional services that requires travel out of Tokyo, charges will be assessed per 15Km distance which will be equivalent to the hour hourly rate per 15Km.
Pick up or drop off outside of Tokyo will be an extra 2 hours rate as minimum. Our hourly service charges are based on reservation. For example, if you make a reservation for 4 hours and end up only using the car for 2 hours, you will still be charged for 4 hours of service.
For service between 11pm to 6am, additional 25% surcharge will be applied.
21 days minimum required during Olympic Tokyo 2020
No SMOKING inside limousine, 30.000jpy charge per incident. No exceptions. For safety reasons please do not open doors or sunroof by yourself. Clean up fee in the event someone is sick in the limousine will be assessed at least 30.000JPY 50.000jpy clean up fee for excessive matter in Limousine.
All unruly persons will be dropped off at the sole discretion of the driver & no refunds. We will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property.
As per Japanese taxation laws as of the 2018 fiscal year, services include an 8% consumption tax. However, from the 1st October 2019 onwards a 10% tax increase will come into effect. Therefore, we ask that our clients keep in mind that all fees and services offered after the 1st October 2019 will include the 10% tax rise. For example, any deposit made prior to the 1st October 2019 will have the 8% consumption tax applied as
such, however the subsequent costs to said services will charged with the 10% tax.
We require payment of the full amount via bank wire transfer only. We also require a credit card number & an expiry date as a guarantee & to charge for any extras that may be incurred during your trip, like tolls, parking, extra hours etc. These charges will happen at the completion of your trip with our service.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
We asks our clients to be aware that cancellation fees will accrue where relevant.
Once confirmation is received : a 20% down payment is required.
50% of the rate is required till Feb 29th 2020
100% of rate is required till May 31th 2020
Down payment is non refundable (Taken as cancellation fee)
Fleet and Drivers
Currently our fleet is comprised of minivans and vans.
The vehicles available during the Tokyo Olympic 2020 are as follows –
20 x Toyota Alphard
10 x Toyota Hiace
In line with our quality assurance policy, we upgrade our fleet, cycling out older models with the latest makes in accordance to current trends. As such, in future, this fleet will change and feature newer makes. Moreover, due to the consumption tax increase that will come into effect from 1st October 2019.
Our drivers can work for 12 hours per day (No extensions available).
Must have one day off a week.
Must have two hours break (May be during waiting time).
Our drivers need to have 12hours between the drop off time and the pick up time on the next day.
(ie, if a driver drops off passenger at 9pm, they can start at 9am the next day)
Drivers will typically start work at or after 7:30am. If the desired starting time is earlier than 7:30am we must be notified 1 week before. If we are notified within 1 week of the requested date there will be an extra charge of 5000JPY plus tax.
In case of illness or personal issues we cannot supply a back up driver.
Several drivers are fluent in English while others have a basic command of the English language.
All are able to understand instructions from the client to a large extent.
Additional Costs for Excesses
We ask our clients to be aware that there may be extenuating circumstances in which additional fees can accrue. For example, fuel prices and insurance. Nonetheless, such events occur very rarely and in the case they do we will promptly notify you of such fees.
24 limousine provides two types of insurance coverage for its valuable passengers. Liability Insurance : A general liability insurance required by the government of Japan. Voluntary Insurance : Unlimited Full-Protection.
Please take note that changes or cancellations for a service will be confirmed during office hours.
Any notifications after office hours will be viewed and confirmed during office hours the following day.
Please note that there may be exceptions to our policy for collective reservations or reservations made
over numerous days.
